QUAINT offers free returns & exchanges.
We will happily accept any merchandises unwashed, unaltered and unworn with original tags attached for a full refund. All returns must be requested and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your merchandise.
Any unauthorized returns (including returns without a return form), or returns postmarked after fourteen (14) days from the delivery date will be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.
All Made-to-Order items and merchandises marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Process Returns
Returns may also be sent back via alternate methods, however we recommend using an insured, traceable method. If your return shipment does not have a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund if your return is lost. Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. All international buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the package, your refund will be promptly issued. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Your return will be processed within 10 days from the date that your return was delivered. You will be notified by email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed. Our system automatically transmits orders to our warehouse for processing immediately after receiving them.
We offer a one-time adjustment for items purchased within 5 days for a price adjustment excluding final sale and Made-to-Order items. For products to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.
